A high-speed granulator is to assist blending of
powder and to break the product to the granules of required size

The machine cannot be started unless and until the
mixer cover is properly closed.

Geometrically bowl and impeller shall be same so
as to set all mixing parameters as per R&D version.
DESCRIPTIONS
The PAAN'S RMG working principle is based on two decisive factors essential for the mixing systems. Rapid Mixer Granulator was developed in close co-operation with pharmaceutical industry. With the help of RMG wet sifting is generally no longer necessary. After the mixing of the dry components, subsequent wet granulation occurs (without transfer of dry mixture) producing loose granules in RMG.
Better mixing and closed control of granule size leads to faster tableting speeds with improved quality and least rejections. Dry mixing and Wet Granulating in the same bowl in only few minutes. The entire operation including discharge is fully automatic.

The impeller sets the entire mixture in a whirling-rising tumbling motion ensuring a quick and even distribution of all dry components, which leads to an even wetting of every granule. The large lumps occurred during wet mixing are broken up, by the strategically located chopping tool rotating at 1440/2880 RPM. The mix can be discharged with the impeller through the outlet flush to the bottom. The mixing tool is easily removed.

The Bottom-driven PAAN CONEMILL is based on the same
technology as the Top-driven. It has the same capabilities as
the Top-driven PAAN CONEMILL with some additional
benefits.
It has a compact, inline design, which allows for easy
integration into processing environments where head room
is limited.

CONEMILL TOP-DRIVEN
Control Panel is made up of S. S. sheet metal.
It is with special feature DISPLAY SYSTEM and MICROPROCESSOR with member keys.
Display system consists of indicator lamps for compressed air supply, main motor, chopper motor, bowl lid limit switch and for closed / open status of discharge valve.
In case of insufficient compressed air supply pressure switch contained in the panel will prevent the machine from starting.
Limit switch is provided on main bowl lid, and discharge valve, which will de-energies the system when the lid is open.

TOP DRIVEN HSMG (RMG)
Top driven High shear mixing granulator is most suitable for dry and wet granulation. Main features are easy cleaning & maintenance so user-friendly. Faster processing time with interchangeability bowl facility allows increasing more productivity with consistent quality .
The SS bowl has no seals, blades or crevices and can be
easily cleaned.
The mixing arm and chopper are top mounted and do not
require to be opened for cleaning. Vertical-Shaft Chopper for Improved Granulation.
Small amount of air is required to purge seals located above
the product hence pressure builds up and aeration is minimised.
Space saving.
The mixing and chopper drives use hydraulic motor instead
of electric motors, thereby drastically reducing the HP load and power consumption and do not require VFD.

Power cost: Hydraulics is a very efficient Power transmission system. We use the unique power matching design; in such a system the torque delivery varies with different Anchor speed, hence optimizing the installed power, subsequently, a huge saving in power cost.
Hydraulic transmission is low noise.
Hydraulic Transmission is shock absorbing; this
reduces maintenance.
Hydraulic drive is a direct drive system, such a power
train eliminates gearbox, pulleys/v belts, sprocket/chain,

The Top-driven PAAN CONEMILL is used for a wide range of
products and applications. It can be used for mixing and
dispersing, size reducing, separating and reclaiming, and
bulk density adjustment in pharmaceutical, food and
chemical industry.
The typical particle size distribution (PSD) is tightly contained
with the 125 micron to 1000 micron range (120 mesh to
18 mesh), depending on the screen and impeller
choices. Traditional milling technologies do
not have the same control over the PSD
resulting in more fines and a flatter curve
and less control over quality and
repeatability.
