How prepared are we ?

• 51% companies could not name the CEO successor. 40% had no viable internal candidate for the job

• 86% of the CEOs agreed that partnerships were

the most important element of innovation and only 21% were able to build them.

• 60% of future jobs needs skills that only 20% of the workforce currently has.

• Over 50% of new ideas for future products and services will flow in from outside the organization
