then creates the job in the CVid Portal so that it is visible to job candidates on the Mobile App

Job candidates search and apply for the job

complete their personal details

and prepare responses to 3 specific employer / recruiter selected questions. They have 30 seconds per question to record their written responses.

There is no limit to how many times the responses can be redone

Once happy with their video recording, job candidates upload their CV via LinkedIn, Dropbox or email. The CVid is submitted to the CVid website for the employer / recruiter to view.

The employer/recruiter logs in to www.cvid.co to view each applicants resume and 90 second video. After viewing they can rate candidates, shortlist/reject, tag and share with

colleagues before making a decision on whether to invite them in for an interview
