PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SMOOTHIE
What you’ll need:
• 10 oz. skim milk or plain soy milk
• 1 tbsp. First Harvest Peanut Crunch Spread*
• 1 medium banana
• 6 pcs. Ice cubes
What to do:
1. In a blender, throw in all the ingredients then blend until
smooth.
2. Sprinkle Kayumanggi Organics Rustic Cacao powder for an

FRIED BANANAS WITH SALTED COCONUT CARAMEL SAUCE
What you’ll need:
• ¼ cup oil
• 6 - 8 pcs. saba bananas,
peeled and cut lengthwise into halves
• First Harvest Salted Coconut Caramel*
What to do:1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil.
2. Add bananas in a single layer and fry,
turning once or twice, until golden and
crisp on both sides.
3. Remove from pan and drain on paper
towels.
4. Drizzle or spread First Harvest Salted
Coconut Caramel over fried bananas.
Yield: 4-6 servings

PEANUT BUTTER-APPLE BREAKFAST QUINOA
What to do:
1. In a large saucepan, bring quinoa and water to a boil. Reduce heat to low, then cover and simmer until quinoa is tender and tails come out, about 15-20 minutes.
2. Remove quinoa from heat. Stir in peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon. Top with apples, then drizzle with additional honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
Yields: 4 servings

• 1 cup red or white quinoa, rinsed
• 2 cups water

PEANUT BUTTER CRUNCH PANCAKESWhat you’ll need:
• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 6 tbsps. sugar
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• ¼ tsp. salt
• 1 ¼ cups fat-free milk
• ¼ cup First Harvest Peanut Crunch Spread*
• 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
• ½ tsp. vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs, lightly beaten

What to do:
1. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife.
2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl then
combine milk and remaining ingredients; add to flour mixture, stirring
until smooth.
3. Spoon about ¼ cup batter onto a hot non-stick griddle or a large
non-stick skillet. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles
and edge
Yield: 5 servings (serving size: 2 pancakes)
CHOCOLATE CRUNCH SNOWBALL COOKIES
What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Beat butter, sugar and salt in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in vanilla extract; gradually beat in flour. Stir in chopped Theo and Pilo Milk Chocolate with Potato Chips & Black Pepper bars. Shape dough into 1 ¼ -inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are set and bottoms are lightly browned.
4. Sift powdered sugar over hot cookies on baking sheet; cool on baking sheets for 10 minutes. Let cookies cool completely. Store in airtight containers.
Yield: 48 pcs. Cookies ( 4 dozens)

• 1 ½ cups (3 sticks) butter, softened
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• ½ tsp. salt
• 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
• 3 cups all-purpose flour

CRUNCHY PEANUT CHOCOLATE FUDGESICLESWhat you’ll need:
• 1½ cups whole milk
• 1 tbsp. corn starch
• ¼ cup + 2 tbsp. Theo and Philo
Crunchy Peanut Chocolate Spread*
• 2 tbsp. Kayumanggi Organics Rustic Cacao
• ½ tsp. vanilla extract
• 6 pcs. popsicle molds

What to do:1. Add the milk and corn starch to a small sauce pot. Stir until corn starch is dissolved.
Place over medium heat.
2. Add the Theo and Philo Crunchy Peanut Chocolate Spread and KayumanggiOrganics Rustic Cacao powder to the pot. Stir often to prevent from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Heat until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture thickens (about 5 minutes). Remove the pot from the heat.
3. Stir the vanilla into the chocolate mixture. Let it cool for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Pour the chocolate mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks according to your popsicle mold directions. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
5. When ready to eat, hold the popsicle mold under warm running water to remove the fudgesicle.
Yield: 6 servings
