She will en te r in to compet i t ion with o the r co-eds of th e P h i l ad e l ­phia a rea for the t i t l e of “ Sweet ­est Co-ed in P h i l ad e lp h ia .”

The sponsors of the p rogram are the C ham be r of Commerce and va rious re ta i l m e rch an t s and clubs of the city. T he hoard which selected th e six nominees from Drexel was composed of six men and six women chosen a t ra ndom from the en t ir e s t u d e n t body. Those nom ina ted as c and ida te s for the Sweetest Co-ed w’ere Marilyn Hitt le, Jo an Medford, Phyl l i s Macgeorge, Mary Liz Newman , Hetty Jean Siple and Hetty Van (i lahn.
