Draw, Paint or Colouring
Draw
Set aside some time to explore your creative side. All you will need for these
activities are paper, imagination, pencils and colours (optional). Here are some
ideas to get you started
Sketch a self portrait
Draw a superhero
Landscape sketch
Draw the view out of your window
Combine animals to make your own mythical creature
Set up then draw a still life (eg. flower vase, old shoes, fruit in bowl)
Paint
If you have the materials at home you could spend some time painting. Using
some of the ideas above or use your imagination to create your own work of Art!
Mindfulness Colouring
The idea of mindfulness colouring is to provide an opportunity to escape and
engage in an activity that allows you to spend time in a focused state,
undertaking a creative activity that can have a calming, meditative effect.
