Description: Application uses odbc driver for M2000 database direct connection. All necessary counters are
copied to local database for further post processing in order to not load M2000 server. RNC configuration file (INNERCFGMML) and 3G cells file (GEO data) are imported to local database through the same application. After all inputs processing the handover report is generated base on user defined statistic period.

The application uses GEO information of GERAN/RNC/eRAN cells. Base on imported data tool calculates predefined coefficients in order to detect missing or useless handover relations, and BCCH/PSC/PCI collisions . All estimation are base on geometrical calculation without tacking into account radio propagation model.

Description :
The application is running on any PC connected to M2000 Server. Periodically it is checking network element KPIs (30/60 min). In case if KPI exceeds user defined thresholds tool sends alert message with attached explicit problem report to receivers mail list.
For real time 3G KPI monitoring OSE mainly uses PRS. PRS has a delay of 2 hours in displaying data. In order to improve team reactivity the mail KPI alerter was implemented.

Description :
The application is based on local sqlite database. Tool is importing and dumping RNC configuration files (INNERCFGMML) for all kind of preprocessing.
Google earth module is using radio design cells file.
Because of often modifications in 2G
network linked with BTS migration from one
BSC to another, changing the frequency
plan, LAC modifications etc. it is important to
keep 3G database of external cells up to
date.
In order to simplify this task was decided to
implement a Data Base inconsistency
checking tool. The application is installed on
local PC. It is also automatically generating
batch scripts in order to correct all detected
mismatches. Engineer has just to execute
the batch command
