The annual Elliott Scott HR Survey is known for providing valuable insights into the global HR industry. This year, we focussed on four key locations: Hong Kong, Singapore, Brazil and the US. We surveyed participants in our candidate, client and social networks, compiling vital market intelligence to better understand the HR industry’s landscape globally. In the US, respondents were predominantly mid- to senior-level HR professionals, with the majority from a generalist HR division. Banking and finance, followed by consulting and media/PR/entertainment were the top three sectors.
