focuses on the advanced technologies, strategies and policies that address network and information in government, and between government and the private sector. Cybersecurity will explore the pain points that agency executives face, and emerging solutions on a range of cybersecurity topics including: Policy and legislation impacting network security; IT security operations and the need to move from defensive forensics to proactive operations and mitigation; and compliance requirements.
The conference will provide an educational forum for government and private industry Chief Information Security Officers (CISO), CIOs, CTOs, chief architects, IT security specialists and senior IT program management to discuss how to anticipate, prepare for, deter, and respond to attacks upon their IT infrastructure and information.
Plans for the 2011 Cybersecurity Conference call for a special focus on “Achieving Real Continuous Monitoring.” Mandated by the White House and the Office of Management and Budget, and supported by standards established by NIST, continuous network monitoring nevertheless presents a host of challenges for agency executives. Among topic areas the Cybersecurity Conference plans to explore:
• Continuous monitoring in the cloud—A look at how the private sector manages continuous monitoring and how public-private partnerships are shaping the discussion.
• Securing Mobile Devices—Steps that can be taken to secure data moving back and forth on all those mobile devices
• Security Operations Centers—A look at the latest practices in managing Security Operations Centers.
• New C & A Processes—How agencies and vendors need to adjust their certification processes and security implementation plans (and how FedRAMP may or may not make a difference.)
• Security Management—How governance processes must change to deal with incidence response, and what CIOs and CISOs need to do to reduce their IT footprint against threats.
• Innovation—A look at the latest innovative products, ideas, technologies to improve “Intrusion Tolerance” and response (such as adopting “virtual sandboxing”)
By sponsoring and exhibiting at the conference, your organization will:• Reach government influencers, decision-makers and potential buyers
• Generate new high-quality leads
• Create brand visibility and positioning within the market
• Expand your network within the community

2010 DEMOGRAPHICS
The 2011 FOSE Institute Cybersecurity Conference is designed to bring together a combination of lecture, workshop style sessions, and panel discussions to maximize the learning, leadership and networking opportunities in a two and a half day program. We anticipate that the program will include four (4) tracks, each with several sessions and up to four (4) panel discussions in each. Each day will kick off with a keynote presentation from a government or industry thought leader. Panel discussions will bring industry and government together for interesting debates, case study reviews, and forward-looking opportunity discussions.
There are four (4) opportunities to use speaking opportunities to position your company as, or along side, experts in the industry. The best and most cost effective speaking opportunity is to speak in a Conference Session. All conference session speaking opportunities are free. See the Call for Papers on the event website for more information.
The three other opportunities are:
• Panel Seat
• PEP Session
• Session Sponsorship
Please see the Educational Sponsorship section for more information.
In 2011, we anticipate over 1,500 key executives from government and industry to attend the FOSE Institute Cybersecurity Expo Hall. Based on the 2010 profiles, the majority of these attendees are buyers, significant influencers, and end users. Many of the attendees are looking for products, services, and partners. We are announcing two new and significant improvements for 2011 to help you further your marketing and branding opportunities. First, the expo floor will be open for two (2) full days. Second, we are including a VIP reception on the floor that will be open to those attending the conference—putting you in front of them without additional clutter.
