With the continuous development of commercial fiber optic
sensors, polarization maintaining(PM) fiber components have an
increasingly wide range of applications in the sensing field. Today,
fiber optic gyroscopes and fiber optic hydrophone are at the
forefront of the technology as paradigms for photoelectric sensors.
At the same time, the performance requirements of these fiber
sensors and the environment in which they are used continue toplace demands on the performance of PM fiber components, such
as 80μm PM components series.
Bonacom's advanced fabrication process ensures high extinction
ratios, ultra-low insertion loss, and high stability in these compon-ents.

Optical Couplers/Splitters
Since 2000, Bonacom has been producing fiber
optical single mode and multimode couplers/splitter
adopting fused, micro-optics & wave-guide
technologies. The wavelength ranges from 850nm to
2050nm.Available in PM and non-PM configurations
and ultra-low split ratio. PM couplers are key fiber
components for polarization optical coupling, splitting
and multiplexing in the application of Interferometer
sensor, coherent optical communication, fiber optic
gyro and fiber optic hydrophone. Bonacom’s PM
couplers, including 80μm couplers, have proven
high temperature reliability, low wavelength
dependent loss, excellent uniformity, low excess loss
and are tested to GR-1209/1222-CORE standards.

Optical Isolators, Circulators
Fiber optic isolators / circulator prevent the backward
transmission of light in the optical path for various reasons
from affecting the light source and the optical path system.
They play an important role in optical fiber communication.
Among them, the polarization maintaining(PM) isolator /
circulator is based on high birefringence effect to maintain the
polarization mode of the transmitted light in optical fibers, and
are widely used in optical amplifiers, optical information
processing systems, optical fiber sensing, and precision
optical measurement systems.
Bonacom's basic fiber optic processing, micro optics
processing and polarization maintaining technology make it
featured with high isolation, high extinction ratio, high return
loss, high temperature stability, low WDL, and low polarization
mode dispersion. Bonacom's isolators/circulators are
monitored and tuned by OSA to achieve maximum isolation at
+/- 2nm center wavelength. The polarization-independent,
polarization-correlated, and polarization-preserving isolators
are available in wavelengths from 850nm to 2050nm. Optional
Senko connectors are available and ensure 100% 3D tested.

Quantum communications, the new hot
commodity in the world of communications,
are increasingly attracting significant
international attention due to the features of
absolute security, large channel capacity,
ultra-high communication speed, long-
distance capability.
Bonacom's related QKD optical passive
components feature low insertion loss, small
size, high isolation, high extinction ratio. Our
polarization state devices are recognized for
their high ratio and high reliability by
domestic project teams. In addition to the
1550nm quantum communication
wavelength, our polarization state devices
are available in wavelengths from 850nm to
2050nm. The extinction ratio is over 30dB. In addition to providing hybrid passive
components, Bonacom designs, develops and
manufactures complete functional modules,
