Delek Europe is a subsidiary of the Delek Group, a leading Israeli conglomerate listed on Tel Aviv Stock
Exchange (DLEKG, Market Cap of ~ 2.5 Billion USD) investing in energy & infrastructure, financial services

In August 2007, Delek Europe acquired 870 Chevron-Texaco petrol stations and 410 convenience stores in
the Benelux region;
