How to motivate your employees?

Create a friendly environment

1. Create a pleasant atmosphere. - create a space that isn’t too cramped. - create a pleasant ambience through lighting & normal temperature.

2. Take advantage of wall space. - Put up a bulletin board where people can post any information that they want to share. - Put up some posters that shows company’s progress. - Put up few motivational slogans.

3. Use food as incentive - Keep kitchen stock with tea and coffee. - Have snacks, Pizzas at lunch time, cakes on birthdays of employees. - Remember to have healthy options available.

Recognizing & rewarding your employees

1. Recognize your employees on individual basis. - Praise them for their outstanding work. - highlight their achievements.

2. Recognize your employees as a group. - hold meeting to discuss company as a whole. - send your employees emails, updates, to make them feel their importance for company. 3.Reward your employees for hard work. - reward your employees with free lunch, small gifts, praise etc.

Developing great relationships in workplace

1. Get to know your employees. - Learn something about your employees' families. - Learn something about your employees' interests.

2.Create social events. - Have people go out to lunch together once a month. - Have a happy hour for your employees to relax and laugh after work.

3. Use theme days to your advantage. - Have a food theme day. - Dress up for holidays. - Have a sports theme day.
