Conduct an open and transparent process thatbuilds partnerships and provides a roadmap toimprove safety, travel reliability and mobilityon this vital stretch of I-25, with special focuson advancing an early action constructionproject in the “Gap” area between Monumentand Castle Rock.

– Determine a long term vision for the corridor– Define and prioritize projects – Determine project costs, funding opportunities,
and phased implementation– Engage with local corridor communities, regional
travelers, and other interested stakeholders– Identify significant environmental constraints – Support efficient transition into project delivery
Study Limits for the PEL
Improvement area along I-25 includes:
• C470/E470 Interchange on the North
• CR 105 in Monument on the South
Operational study area extends outside this area
