LOVE FOR YOUKove
Idea’s and concept
Narration – a man with a love of doing up old cars and racing, the song is called love for you and even though the lyrics suggest a girl’s love for a boy, this music video is based on the title – love for cars
Location
Shots
Performance
I will have dancers in a car workshop as it is an upbeat dance song
The camera will be stationary for the whole of the performance, I will edit the clips on final cut, cutting between each performer to make it more interesting
The influence for the performance came from another one of Kove’s songs – Way We Are featuring Melissa Steel

Clothes The performers will be wearing street
wear, with trainers (similar style to the clothing in ‘Way We Are’
Genre
The genre of this music video is dance, I have noticed that a lot of dance music videos have narration as there is not many lyrics that a performer could sing along to
I have chosen dancers due to the small amount of lyrics that are in the song. I will have a main performer which will be a girl who will lip-sync to the lyrics but also be enjoying herself dancing at the same time
Target audience
The target audience for my music video will be young people aged between 16 and 30. People who love cars and people who love dance music
Conventions
Relationship between the music and the visuals – because the song I have chosen is a dance song, the beat is listened to more than the lyrics so I will work with the pace to speed it up and slow it down at different points of the song
