Vardhman Textile Limited, Unit – Baddi (HP). As a Sr. Executive (Safety & Fire) since 16th – Sept, 2011 to till date.
Job Responsibility: Assessing Risk & Hazard In Daily Plant Activities Training about Safety, Implementation process to workers and key personnel. Effectively compliance & monitoring of legal requirement related to OH&S, Code Federal
Regulation and Local (State) Rules & Regulation as per Factory Act. Ensure to close all corrective action & preventive action arising out of incident/dangerous
occurrences/fire incidents. Undertaking Disaster Management activities and drills, fire prevention work, fire fighting and
rescue operation. Fire- Safety audit at plant, Tanker inspection then make a report and sending to respective
authorities and follow up. (As per Standards) Make Evacuation/ Emergency Plan and arrange Mock Drills On Site/ Off Site Accident Investigation, First Aid and other recordable in cases update and hence providing
guideline to stopping such further Conducting In-house HSE Induction, Safety awareness campaign, Quiz competition,
Celebration of safety week.
