Using Vtile To Wrap An Outside Corner

When using Vtiles to clad a surface with a outside corner, we recommend the following mitered vtile approach.

* Note, the visual reflect a design that used a stacked design 50% offset.  Alternative designs utilize same principle but slight variation on positioning and direction of mitered pieces.

Step 1. Determine Distance between final full piece and edge of Wall.

Placing individual piece face up on saw, set up tile saw to cut a 45 degree miter cut on individual piece in location shown (length “X”). Repeat process with 2nd tile facing opposing direction to get correlating mitered pieced. Repeat as needed to creating matching sets of as many mitered pieces as project requires.

Step 3. Place appropriate mitered pieces along edge offset as overall design project designates. Repeat along edge as necessary.

Step 4. Position 2nd mitered piece to match cut face of initial mitered piece as shown.

Step 5. Continue design on 2nd wall face.
