Balans beleBalans bele osigurava da na boje ne utiče boja izvora svetlosti. Automatski balans bele se preporučuje za većinu izvora svetlosti; u P, S, A, i M režimima, druge vrednosti se mogu odabrati prema tipu izvora svetlosti:

Balans bele se podešava pritiskanjem WB tastera i rotiranjem glavnog točkića dok se zeljeno podešavanje ne pojavi na kontrolnom panelu.

Balans bele se podešava automatski. Za najbolje rezultate koristite G ili D tip objektiva. Ukoliko se uključi blic, rezultati su podešeni za blic.

A Meni snimanjaBeli balans se može promeniti opcijom White balance u meniju snimanja (0 202), gde se takođe može fino podesiti beli balans (0 119) ili izmeriti vrednost belog balansa (0 123). Opcija Auto u White balance meniju nudi izbor između Normal i Keep warm lighting colors, koji čuva tople boje.

A Studijska rasvetaAutomatski balans bele možda neće napraviti željene rezultate sa velikim studijskim blicevima. Koristite osnovna podešavanja balansa bele ili podesite na Flash i koristite fina podešavanja balansa bele.

A Temperatura bojaThe perceived color of a light source varies with the viewer i other conditions. Color temperature is an objective measure of the color of a light source, defined with reference to the temperature to which an object would have to be heated to radiate light in the same wavelengths. While light sources with a color temperature in the neighborhood of 5,000–5,500 K appear white, light sources with a lower color temperature, such as incandescent light bulbs, appear slightly yellow ili red. Light sources with a higher color temperature appear tinged with blue. The camera white balance options are adapted to the following color temperatures:• I (sodium-vapor lamps): 2,700 K• J (incandescent)/I (warm-white fluorescent.): 3,000 K

• I (white fluorescent): 3,700 K• I (cool-white fluorescent): 4,200 K• I (day white fluorescent): 5,000 K
