PHK was engaged to conduct the Resort overall assessment to establish the position of the Hotel against
the fast rising Competition in Eldoret Town.
Staff assessment was also conducted to understand the level of knowledge and professionalism held by
the staff so as to know the training needs they require.

Assignment:
PHK was engaged to set up the System Operation Procedures for all the departments on day to day
operation, Reviewed the Menu and Established the current menu in operation, trained all the staff on their
duties and responsibilities and also was the origin of marketing and sales ideas for the festive season on
December 2014 where the hotel made 18,000,000 on Revenue. PHK is also the Hotel Matters advisor to the CEO and the owner.

LAKE NAIVASHA KONGONI LODGE

Assignment: PHK was engaged as a trainer for the key Departments that are directly
involved with the clients. The departments involved were Front office and Food
and Beverage service.
PHK also had the task of investigating the cause of the high staff turnover in the
lodge and came up with a counter measure to avoid and reduce the same.
PHK is the adviser to the Directors of Private Collections.

PHK was selected to review the Entire Hotel operation and provide recommendations on ways to maximize the revenue .
PHK designed the system operation procedures for the Hotel that are currently in use.
Gross Revenue on monthly basis before PHK went in was 800,000 while 3 months after PHK on site the Gross revenue was 8,000,000 ksh.
