A simple, natural and effective solution to realize the highest ideals of education.

Ashley Deans (Canada) is one of the world's leading experts in the benefits of Quiet time in the classroom through Transcendental Meditation (TM), a program now enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of students.

He will present the remarkable benefits observed in schools, as well as the many scientific studies documenting

the positive contribution of TM in education : less stress and violence, more creativity, concentration and motivation and fuller brain functioning.

On the basis of his long experience, Dr Deans will guide participants in evaluating the different ways in which students, parents and teachers can benefit from TM : individual practice, school clubs, TM as an integral part of the school curriculum, and so on.
