• A condition arising from the interaction of an individual and his work
• Continuous pressure on mind
• A mental disease
• Outside force

Negative Stress (Distress Stress)
It happens because of something bad, such as:
• Death of a relative or love one
• Some one cheat us in business
• Being fail in exams
• Fraud ( from lover)
• Physical disorder

Causes of stress in students are:
• Lack of time management
• Lack of discipline
• Wrong direction of studying
• Not sleeping proper

• Nowadays people are serving their precious time in using internet, watching TV, chatting on cell phone, playing games.
• People get every thing ready in few minutes like fast foods.
