How to Write Clear Exams and Prompts Thursday, September 29, 5:30-6:30 pm, TCLT Seminar Room, 134 Thompson Library Light refreshments provided

In this workshop you will be given guidelines for writing clear exams and prompts to improve students’ understanding. This will be followed by an opportunity to critically assess yours and others’ prompts and exam questions. Although we’ll focus on making exams and prompts accessible to international students, the skill is valuable for all students’ success.

Please bring an exam, quiz, assignment, or writing prompt with you that you would like to develop or refine.

Resources for Teaching International Students Wednesday, October 19, 1:00-2:30 pm, TCLT Seminar Room, 134 Thompson Library Lunch provided
