Friars at the Casa dedicate October the month of St. Francis ofAssisi! The kick-off event for this year is a retreat led by a nativeArizonan, Cyprian Consiglio. He will lead the celebration in the

Franciscan Tradition of prayer, some silence, chanting, singing,teaching and several guided meditations. This gifted Camoldolesemonk, musician and teacher will draw new insights about theinterior way from the life of Francis, the teachings of Jesus, St.Paul and the desert fathers.

Fee per person includes lodging, meals, concert and program:$215 single; $165, double.Commuter includes meals, concert and program: $130

Check-in: Friday, 5 pm; dinner, 6 pm;Retreat concludes with lunch on Sunday.

Spiritual directors will be available to give retreatants anopportunity to share their faith journey in individual sessions.

Cyprian Consiglio, OSB,Cam, is a monk, musicianand spiritual teacher. An internationally knownperformer, recording artist and composer, he hasnumerous collections of original sacred, world andliturgical music to his credit. A student of the worldsspiritual traditions, Consiglio has offered retreats andconferences around the world. He is the author ofPrayer in the Cave of the Heart.
