The HCG DROPS Experience
THE HCG DROPS EXPERIENCE
By: Stuart Leiva – http://platinumhcgdrops.net/
I don't usually write articles like this... but after just completing 45 days of the
initial phase of the HCG drops... I have to say this is the best diet I have ever
tried... completely understand a lifestyle change has to be made to keep the
results... the fact remains I've never tried anything that dropped the weight so
quickly... also understand that losing weight rapidly is not always the best method
as it's most likely to come back the quickest, but if you look into the theories of
how this diet works... it makes sense to me... so to each their own, and I completely
agree that this diet is not for everyone... in fact my girlfriend is doing it along with
me and we're having almost opposite side affects (granted she doesn't need to lose
nearly as much weight as I do, so that could be one of the reasons...).
We both found it hard to gorge ourselves by the second day, but ever since that
day, I have never been hungry during the entire 45 day time... my girlfriend is
struggled with hunger for the first two weeks. I am 6'1" and started at 287lbs, so
not small, she is 5'7" and really didn't have much weight to lose... I would walk for
30 minutes up to two hours on a treadmill with no ill side affects... my girlfriend
would often be tired... Again, this diet is not for everyone, but it is definitely the
one for me... I have plenty of friends who said "another fad diet" or "it's a scam" or
"anyone can lose weight only eating 500 calories"... I can agree to all of that... but
a fad is something that is short lived, and this has been around since the 1950's, so
yeah, 6 decades is quite the fad... SCAM? Yes, I agree... those lying bastards who
sold me this product said I'd lose a pound a day... I did it for 45 days and I only lost
43lbs... they shorted me 2lbs... those darn scam artists... :) and as far as anyone
being able to lose weight eating 500 calories a day... sure, give it a try without
HCG... I tried going on an 800 calorie a day diet... at the end of the week, I had no
energy, was sick, lost muscle tone and barely any weight... if this is all a placebo
affect that let a 287lb man eat 500 calories a day without being hungry, losing
muscle (have a fat content scale) have plenty of energy, no mood swings and
continually lose weight almost every day... then I'll take the placebo... or maybe,
just maybe, this actually works for some people...
I think people focus so much on the 500 calories, but if HCG is truly working, and
The HCG DROPS Experience
it is releasing stored fat into your blood stream as a source of energy at the rate of
1,500 to 4,000 calories a day... isn't that the same as 2,000 to 4,500 calories being
used to live off of? That's the only explanation I can come to unless someone else
wants to explain how someone of my size has been living off 500 calories for the
last month and a half, has had plenty of energy everyday, gone to work 5 days a
week the entire time, had done miles and miles on the treadmill, in bed by
midnight, up by 6:30am... not sick, lean muscle mass has not decreased, body is
actually firmer for having lost the weight so quickly, not moody and have been
actually in a great mood as there's nothing better then losing weight everyday and
feeling amazing after shedding 43lbs... I can't wait to start the maintenance diet for
the next 3 weeks, then the last 3 weeks...
Again, this diet is not for everyone, but it's right for me and it worked for me and
no Dr. can deny that... I don't care what the FDA says... it worked for me... once
I'm done with the maintenance phase, I'll go back to a regular work out routine, I'll
be eating healthier and of course splurge every now and then... but if those scam
artists are correct... I should be able to do that without any problems... one other
good practice is to get on the scale daily... if I'm over 2.1 lbs of my goal weight,
then I put down the nachos and burgers and eat sensibly until I'm back to my goal
weight... I can maintain a window of 2.1 lbs relatively easily... the diet also helps
you to really think about calories and what you're putting into your body... If you
can do anything for 30 days, it's a habit... I'm in the habit of eating healthy and
feeling good... anyways, I could go on about the HCG Drops, but what's the point...
all the naysayers will still crap on it, while all the folks who have had success with
it will continue to sing it's praises... good luck to those that give it a try, and to all
the haters... go find something else to hate on...
