Sexy Skin Cleanser by Dr. Etti
Tips:
Juice the apples with their skins on. The skin is the most abundant area of the apple for flavonoid content. This will produce a cloudy but more nutritious juice.
Personal note: Cucumber is good to rub on your skin, giving it elasticity resulting in a more youthful complexion. After 3 days on this juice, I feel that my skin is smoother and more radiant.
Cucumbers contain silica, which is the building block for collagen. As we get older we lose collagen. So here comes cool cucumber to the rescue! In addition, parsley is useful in cleansing sugar from the body. When buying cucumber for juicing, look for non-waxed which allows you to juice the cucumber in its skin. Always wash vegetables thor-oughly before juicing. This juice contains 40% potassium, 10% sodium, 7% calcium, 20% phosphorus and 7% choline.
