Problem and Solution
• The only way to stop the rising damp once for good is to
cut the wall and insert the waterproof barrier. This
efficient method is applicable only for walls up to 50 cm,
with massive walls leads to subsidence and cracking. Why
this is happening?
• The cutting height varies from 10 -13 mm while all
insulation materials are made of 2-6mm. All insulating
materials have a thickness of 2-6mm, when installed there
is an difference in the cut of 5-11 mm.
• With HIO-technology this problem doesn’t exist any
more!

HIO-technology® is the permanent protection of the capillary
moisture in massive walls of churches, palaces, fortresses which,
cutting the walls completely, does not endanger the stability of the
structure.
•The cutting is performed step by step (10-20cm) with high-speed
diamond tools with minimum of vibrations and noise
• Before the insertion, the height of HIO-master barrier is
optimized by precise grinding according to the cut height.
•The injection mass is pumped by high presure into the cut filling
completely the cut and the profile of the barrier making a new hard
connection in the wall.
• Through the filling the segments of HIO-Master Barrier are
inserted into the cut undertaking the complete weight of the
superstructure without any deformation.

TECHNOLOGY PROCEDURE
The invention HIO-master barrier !
HIO-master barrier is the unique “intelligent” hidroisolation
material with variable hight. It’s made of PVC in segments 10mm
wide, the length follows the thickness of the wall with female and
male joints.
Before the insertion the height of each segment is optimized by
precise grinding to the height of each cuting section undertaking the
complete weight of the superstructure without any deformation.
