Produce elaborate, precise, custom designs - from whiskers, chevrons, breaks, fading to actual images. Effects are easy to design and reproduce. Eliminates the need for sandblasting and manual scraping by utilizing laser technology.
Achieve washed-down, faded effects through the use of ozone. This waterless washing machine utilizes oxygen and plasma to accomplish the highly desired vintage look. Reduces water, chemical and energy consumption by washing denim with the atmosphere.
Create superior handfeel by applying nanobubbles of air, water and softener. The e-Soft technology eliminates the need for a chemical bath, reducing energy, water, and chemical consumption. Decreases environmental impact by eliminating discharge and using minimal amounts of water and softener.

silhouette, styling, and color. The most innovative concepts are delivered in Cotton Incorporated’s denim trend forecasts providing

This denim collection presents a range of designs and technologies made from the same base denim fabric. All designs utilize a
99% cotton/1% spandex, 11.oz/yd, broken twill denim fabric and all were finished with Jeanologia’s e-Soft technology.
