CITY APPROVALS
Rezoning Decided against - recommendation of Mayor Would have allowed for better access to DCHA land
Replat Met requirements no real opposition
TIF Could not get the motioned seconded No vote took place Just after year with big increase in levy
CHALLENGES
“Those people” – Mayor helped with that Neighbor with trailer court
