Company History

•Everest has been around in one form or another since 1997•Grown slowly, methodically.•Capitalized on current market econometrics (example: condo conversions during 2006-2007 boom; Windhorse Manor in 2013, Acheson Commercial Corner in 2013-16)•Avoided leveraging and focussed on low debt-to-equity ratios, this is how Everest survived the downturn of 2008-09 when many other developers went under

Investment History

•Everest began raising capital through private investors in 2006•Initially open only to principals of the company and immediate friends and family•Investor returns were very good – a result of choosing the right project with the right location at the right time•Buoyed by this success, Everest executives felt comfortable taking our real estate investments to the capital market (exempt market)
