GENERAL INFORMATION FORTICRETE CLADDING:

GENERAL INFORMATION FIBRE CEMENT CLADDING:

Forticrete Rainscree cladding, Stone cladding giving thebuilding any water which penetrates through the claddingand is not taken away can drain down the back of thecladding and out through the bottom. Condensation iscontrolled by allowing the fabric to breathe andcondensation to pass into the ventilated cavity and betaken awayby the updraft within the cavity.supported by a frame, normally aluminium, within thecavity and located back to the structure with bracketsand primary fixings. Rainscreen systems rely on ingress of airat the bottom of the cladding - a ventilated cavity notless than 38mm

PICTURADescriptionPictura is a unique façade panel with a smooth,semi-matt surface with a double acrylic coating and apolyurethane topcoating, UV hardened on the frontface to create a strong impact and dirt resistant finish.BenefitsThis unique Pictura finish provides excellent scratchand chemical resistance and is therefore particularlysuited to aggressive environments as well as allowingeasier removal of staining including most forms ofgraffiti paint.4
