5. When cutting or drilling into wall or ceiling, do not damageelectrical wiring and other hidden utilities.

6. Ducted fans must always be vented to the outdoors.7. To reduce the risk of fire, use only metal ductwork.8. If this unit is to be installed over a tub or shower, it must be

marked as appropriate for the application and be connected toa GFCI (Ground Fault Interrupter) - protected branch circuit.

9. Never place a switch where it can be reached from a tub orshower.

10. This unit must be grounded.TO REDUCE THE RISK OF A RANGE TOP GREASE FIRE:

A. Never leave surface units unattended at high settings. Boitoverscause smoking and greasy spitlovers that may ignite. Heat oilsslowly on tow or medium settings.

B. Always turn hood ON when cooking at high heat or whenflambeing food (i.e. Crepes Suzette, Cherries Jubilee, Pepper-corn Beef Flambe').

C. Clean ventilating fans frequently. Grease should not be allowedto accumulate on fan or filter.

D. Use proper pan size. Always use cookware appropriate for thesize of the surface element.

To clean blower assembly: Remove access panel, unplug blowerfrom housing, remove blower mounting nuts, and carefully re-move blower from housing. Use appropriate vacuum attachmentor a soft cloth and mild soap or detergent to clean blower dis-charge area and wheel. DO NOT ALLOW WATER TO ENTERMOTOR. Make sure blower assembly is completely dry beforereinstalling.

Motor is permanently lubricated. Do not oil or disassemble motor.

Para IJmpJar el conjunto del ventJlador: Quite el panel de acceso,desconecte et ventilador del alojamiento, quite las tuercas demontaje del ventitador y cuidadosamente saque et ventilador detalojamiento. Use el aditamento apropiado de la aspiradora o unpatio suave y jab6n o detergente suave para limpiar et area dedescarga y ta rueda del ventilador. NO PERMITA QUE ENTREAGUA AL MOTOR. AsegOrese de que et conjunto del ventitadoreste completamente seco antes de volverlo a instalar.El motor esta permanentemente lubricado. No lubrique nidesmonte et motor.

Pour nettoyer la soufflerie : Retirer la panneau de access, debrancherla soufflerie du bottler, retirer les ecrous de fixation de la soufflerie etretirer delicatement la soufflerie du bottler. Utiliser un accessoired'aspirateur approprie ou retirer la grille et nettoyer a I'aide d'un chiffondoux et de savon ou de detergent doux pour nettoyer la zone dedecharge de la soufflerie et la roue. NE PAS LAISSER D'EAUS'INFILTRER DANS LE MOTEUR. S'assurer que la soufflerie estcompletement seche avant de la reinstaller.Le moteur est lubrifie en permanence. Ne pas lubrifier ou demonter lemoteur.
