SAVOURY MUFFINS INGREDIENTS
2 cups Self Raising flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon chopped herbs 1 egg (beaten in a cup) 1 cup milk 5 tablespoons butter melted 1 ½ cup savoury ingredients Grated cheese to sprinkle on top
SAVOURY INGREDIENTS
Bacon, ham, grated cheese, corn, diced capsicum, shallots,
salami, olives, sundried tomatoes, grated zucchini,
grated carrots.
METHOD 1. Put dry ingredients (flour, cheese, baking powder, herbs) and savoury
ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
2. Put wet ingredients (milk egg and butter) into a small bowl and mix well.
3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir well. It will be a bit lumpy.
4. Spoon into muffin papers in muffin tin and sprinkle with extra cheese.
5. Bake in moderate oven 15-20 minutes or until golden.

My name is Sam Hales and I am your new School Based Youth Health
Nurse starting this week. I have been living in the area for quite a while
now and absolutely love the Tablelands. For the last 7 years I have
been working at Atherton Hospital and now I am keen to get into the
