Mind & Body Group Centergy© 60 min

Redefine yourself with Group Centergy and explore this 60-minute journey of yoga and Pilates movements. Center your energy, reduce stress with positive uplifting music, supportive instructors and group dynamics. Bring a yoga mat. Discover Group Centergy!

Intro to Yoga 75 min

Enjoy the benefits of yoga at a gentle level that appeals to the beginner. Improve breathing techniques and learn the basics of yoga. Studio heated to 86º.

Yoga I 90 min

Increase strength and flexibility while connecting with mind, body and spirit. We offer a variety of yoga styles to fit any-one’s level and taste. Studio heated to 90º.

Saturday Yoga 75 min

Taught in a 75º degree studio.

Bikram’s Beginning Yoga 90 min

26 poses (asana) series challenge the spirit to work harder, deeper, yet calmer. Produce a union of body, mind and soul. Poses are held longer. Studio heated to 90º. Yoga Flow 75 min

This class based off the Vinyasa method, teaches flow through different poses and is taught in a comfortable temperature studio. Increase strength, flexibility and body awareness and learn valuable relaxation exercises. Taught in a 75º degree studio.

Dance Zumba © 60 min

Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away! Achieve long-term results in one exhilarating hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life. Ditch the workout, join the party!

Zumba for Special Needs 45 min

Open to members and community with special needs. Waiver must be signed for community participants. Class meets in the front lobby, then goes to Studio III.

Zumba Gold © 60 min

Enjoy Zumba at a gentler pace but with the same fun music and dance moves. Appealing to the beginner and the older adult.

Jazzercise II 60 min

A fun dance-based cardio class. Moves from hip-hop, jazz dance, kickboxing and resistance training are bundled into one hour. All ages and levels welcome.

Essential Moves *Seasonal* 75 min

This dance-based class offers low-impact, strength, flexibility, balance and coor-dination. Light weights, Pilates equipment and dance barres appeal to the beginner, older adult and those recovering from injury.

Strength

Group Power© 60 min

Group Power is your hour of power! This barbell program

strengthens major muscles , while adding simple, athletic

movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls.

Group Power is designed for all ages and fitness levels.

Group Core© 30 min

Train like an athlete in 30 minutes of action packed core

exercises. Expert coaching and motivating music guides

you through functional and integrated exercises. Bring a

towel!

Strength and Balance 60 min

Experience resistance training at a gentler pace with

stability balls, tubing, barbells, and dumbbells. Class

include balance exercises to improve body awareness. An

extended stretch for improved flexibility concludes the

class.

Booty Barre 60 min

This class fuses Pilates, dance, yoga

and athletic interval training. Sculpt,

tighten and tone your entire body

without adding bulk. Booty Barre also

increases balance, body awareness,

flexibility , and cardiovascular

endurance. No experience necessary!

Cycling & Sports Training

Everyone finishes first in Group Ride! Spin your way to

burning calories and strengthening your lower body.

Get Fitter in Only 30 Minutes with R30. This 30-minute

Ride Class is great for those new to Group Ride or

anyone in need of a quick workout that will give you

great results.

Extended Ride *Seasonal* 2 hrs

Designed for intermediate to advanced cyclists looking

to move indoors during cold-weather months, Extend-

ed Ride is a non-Group Ride format ride class that lasts

two hours.

Group Blast© 60 min

Blast calories away in this workout that incorporates

step with a mixture of intervals and strength work.

Have a blast!

Martial Arts Mix

Group Fight© 60 min

Group Fight brings it on! This electric fusion class com-

bines martial arts and boxing movements to kick your

cardio fitness to the next level while defining and

shaping your body and

self-confidence! Punch

and kick to energetic

music. Group Fight will

knock you out!

Adult Karate 60 min

Traditional Okinawan Goju-ryu Karate and self-defense

instruction that emphasizes total physical and mental

conditioning, respect for others and non-violent

conflict resolution. Beginners may start at any time.

Ages 13+.
