My Xo Account – My Xo Account is either a line of credit or interest-bearing account. My Xo Account is used as a “sweep account” and is one of the key components of the Xodus Debt Solution. A “sweep account” is an account in which funds are deposited and maintained for the maximum amount of time possible. If a line of credit is used as your Xo Account, funds deposited and left in the line of credit help to cancel interest on the outstanding balance. If an interest-bearing account is used as your Xo Account, funds deposited and maintained accumulate interest, thus optimizing the opportunity for interest gained.

My Income lists all household income sources and amounts. Whether it’s a regular paycheck paid every week, or an annual tax refund, each item and the frequency of that item will be input and stored in this section.

My Mortgage displays the details of a given primary mortgage. The Xodus Solution focuses on one mortgage at a time. If more than one mortgage exists—for example a second home or rental property—a specific mortgage must be designated to be the main focus of the Xodus Solution.




My Credit Cards/Debts lists all current accounts with outstanding balances, their current interest rates, and their payment dates. These accounts can include car loans, credit cards, second mortgages, and all other loans.

My Expenses is where every anticipated expense for a given household is entered. Many expense categories have been pre-populated for the convenience of the user.
