1. The last date for registration for any event is March 20, 2012

2. There is no restriction on the number of events for individual/teams to participate in.

3. All students must carry their Institute/College identity cards with them.

4. Participants can be disqualified from any event on grounds of malpractice & indiscipline.

5. In case of any dispute, the decision of the judges shall be final & binding upon the participants.

will be allowed· There will be two rounds. Time

limit: 10 - 15min.· Each participant is allowed to walk on

the ramp only once· Participants are required to carry

their own CDs (2 COPIES IN AUDIO FORMAT, NO DVD OR MP3 ALLOWED)

· 2 best teams will be awarded.

Jazz Up The Floor: Choreography

· 1 team allowed from each Institute/ College · Min. 4 & Max. 12 members · The teams are required to present their

performance as per a theme decided by them· Participants are required to carry

their own CDs (2 COPIES IN AUDIO FORMAT, NO DVD OR MP3 ALLOWED)

· Time limit: 5-6 min.· 3 best teams will be awarded.

Solo Dance: Foot Loose

· 1 team (1 boy and 1 girl) allowed from each Institute/ College

· Max. 2 members in a team · Clothes and other accessories

are to be arranged by the participants

Past Live in concerts at Nukkad Natak· 1 team allowed from each Institute/ College· Min. 5 and Max. 10 members· Time limit: 10-15 min.· Script and choreography is to be done by

the participants· No mikes will be provided· No props are allowed,

but musicalinstruments like “dafli” can be used;

· Teams can use their banners & posters

· Theme: To project street plays keeping in mind the social message which could generate social awareness

Antakshari · 1 team allowed from each Institute/ College· Each team will comprise of 3 members· Each team has to participate in elimination round· Rules and regulations for different rounds will be disclosed to

the qualifying teams at the time of event· 3 best teams will be awarded.

Let’s Rock· 1 team allowed from each Institute/ College· Time limit: 25 min. (10 min. for stage set-up and 15

min. for performance)· Theme – Hindi/ Sufi /English Rock· 2 best teams & 1 best performer will

be awarded.

Main Bhi Filmy Hoon· Individual participation· Max. 2 enteries allowed from each Institute/ College· Participants have to act on a given situation· Language can be both Hindi and English· Participants will be allowed 2 min. to prepare and 5 min. for presentation· Participants will be judged on the basis of mime, acting and expression· 3 best actors will be awarded.

creativity & skills to make the final products only out of the

the teams on demand

·· The quiz will be based on Hospitality Awareness, GK & Tourism.· There will be an elimination round. Best 5 teams will qualify for

Semifinals. The Semi-Final stage comprises of 3 rounds - Round I - Mix Bag, Round II - Visual, Round III - Rapid Fire Round.

· 3 Teams will be short listed for the Grand Finale· The final stage comprises of two Rounds viz. Round I - Mix Bag and

Round II - Rapid Fire.· 2 best teams will be awarded.

Documentary, Fiction, Quicky, Docudrama or any other form

· Maximum duration of the film should not exceed 15 min· The film should be submitted on DVD video and should

have been produced, directed and edited by students only

· 2 best films will be awarded and special prize will be considered for highly commendable entry.

· All the entries will be displayed in a gallery· Photo competition on any topic· Photographs should be 8” X 10” size on either

glossy or matte finish· Entries without captions will not be accepted· In this section the participants will give three

photos depicting their message· Decisions will be taken on technical grounds by

the judge and will be final· 3 best entries will be awarded.

Business Plan Guidelines/Rules

eloquent Vision

· All business plan must be submitted on or before March 19, 2012 morning on either of the following mail addresses: Teams not meeting this deadline will be disqualified

· Maximum 2 members allowed per team· The business plan should be as per the format mentioned in next page· Business plans will be distributed to the judges for screening· Pre-screening of business plans will take place before the event and only

10 entries will be short listed for Round I.· Plans must be limited to 50 pages of text, including executive summary and

final data.· Detailed spreadsheets and appropriate appendices may follow the rest portion of the

plan and should be limited to 10 pages only. In total, the plan should be no longer than 50 pages.

· Financial data should include a 5-year pro-forma cash flow statement (monthly for year 1, quarterly for years 2-3, annual for years 4-5), income statement (monthly for year 1,quarterly for years 2-3, annual years 4-5), business and balance sheet (annual).

· Judgment will take place in 2 Rounds:· - (Valued at 40%) is designed to help assess the return of business

plan focusing on key elements like business ideas, PowerPoint presentations,communications skills, body language and confidence level of the presenter.

- (Valued at 60%) assesses the poise and professionalism of presentations and also evaluates the perceived viability of the venture.

· In the final round, each team will be given 15 minutes to present its business plan followed by a 10-minute question and answer session.

· Each member of the team must participate in the formal presentation of the plan.· 3 Best teams will be awarded
