Borrower OutreachSolicit right party contact efforts through a strategic combination of phone calls, skip trace, letters and field visits (optional service text).

Borrower ContactContact with borrower focused on supporting client needs for specific information, e.g., RFD, resolution options, warm transfer.

Field VisitsNationwide property field visits, drive by inspections, direct contact and warm transfer capabilities.

Document Management Retrieval and Review

Retrieval from borrower, signatures and notary. Review existing documents, image, index and retrieve missing items. Validate resolution documents and package completion.
