How does one use PrintVision?

PrintVision is provided through an ASP model– Buyers login with a user ID and password

– Buyers define the RFP from a comprehensive list of tailored print configuration options

– Buyers invite select qualified vendors to bid • via sealed bids and/or reverse auction

– Sellers login to provide bids

– Buyer selects the winning seller/bidder.• Participation in the auction does not preclude buyers nor sellers to a definitive

commitment until the work is awarded. In other words, the buyer does not have to select the lowest bidder and are entitled to contact the seller to ensure there were no mistaken entries and that both parties are in fact willing and able to contract.
