curbing for rooftops units and ongoing HVAC

maintenance

• Multi-phase project with guaranteed energy

and operating savings of more than $8 million

over the course of 10 years

• Self-funded program with no upfront costs and

immediate savings

CHALLENGE • To reduce operating expenses and find an

affordable, self-funding solution to increase comfort/indoor air quality of school administration building

SOLUTION

• Installed new AC system, high-efficiency boilers, building automation system and energy efficient lighting

• Esthetic improvements including interior paint, thermal pan windows, carpeting, roofing and new ceilings
