Once upon a time two brothers lived in a town in Persia, one named Cassim, and the other Ali Baba. Cassim married a rich wife, but Ali Baba was poor. He cut wood and carried it with three donkeys. One day he saw forty men with horses. Robbers!!! He climbed a tree to hide. There was a rock. One said: "Open, Sesame," and a door opened in the rock. The robbers passed and the door closed.

Ali Baba stayed in the tree, and after some minutes the door opened again, and the robbers came out. Then the captain of the robbers closed the door by saying, "Shut, Sesame,"

• When the robbers disappeared, Ali Baba came down and went to the rock and said, "Open, Sesame." The door opened, and Ali Baba was in a large cave with a treasure and bags of money. He put the bags on the three donkeys and closed the door by

saying, "Shut, Sesame," and went home.

• When he arrived home, he digged a hole and wanted to measure how rich they were. His wife ran to Cassim's house to borrow a measure. Cassim’s wife was suspicious and put glue on the bottom. Cassim's wife saw the gold and told her husband about it. And Cassim wanted the treasure, too. He asked Ali Baba about the gold and Ali Baba loved his brother, was a good man and told him the story.

Ali Baba cried out with horror; but when Morgiana told him who his guest was, thanked her. They soon buried the captain's body in the garden with his comrades, and as the robbers were now all dead, they were free from danger.
