1. I AM NOT SURE, WHAT DO YOU THINK? VOKI LINK ASSEMBLY TIME.
ASSEMBLY TIME.!!!!!
2. When is a child ready for the responsibility of having a
mobile phone? They are more than just a device with a contract,
they have monthly costs that can add up if you use features that
are not included in the plan. They also can broke or go to the
washing machine so you need to be ready for the responsibility of
having one. For some kids taking care of the phone is natural, but
for others, that level of responsibility wont come until they are a
little older. The reasons for getting kids cell phones vary widely.
for some families, having many activities and busy family lives
make mobile phones a necessity for all. for others, having two
parents living in different places means cell phones make sense. As
with any privilege, having a mobile phone comes with rules. Schools
may have policies about where and when kids can have mobile phones.
Likewise, rules are necessary at home too.
3. Pro-cell phone people, note that cell phones help kids keep
in touch with their friends and families. They believe that cell
phones are an important tool in an emergency. But other people are
worried about the health and safety effects of kids' cell phones.
They believe that plugged-in kids could be missing out on other
activities, such as playing outside or hanging out with friends,
and that sending text messages or fielding phone calls while doing
homework is bad for concentration. They say that kids are spending
too much time texting instead of talking to each other.
4. This is what other people say, now it is your time to
reflect on what you have read. - What do you think? - Do kids need
their own mobile phones? - What age you think it is necessary? -
Why? Organize your thoughts and focus on key ideas because you now
have to create a VOKI avatar and give your opinion within 60
seconds! To finish the activity please share the avatars on the
