The ribosomes are the workers that make the proteins. They attach to the rough ER and are recruited by the nucleolus, a part of the nucleus. Nowadays, we have actors that explains the jobs of the ribosomes.

GOLGI APPAR ATUS The Golgi is our souvenir shop. Here you can buy protein weapons, along with other cell merchandise. It was once used to send proteins out of the cell.

MITOCHONDRION The mitochondrion is our solar panel that makes energy for the fort. In some forts, there is a cloroplast instead.

CYTOPL ASM

The cytoplasm is our main court. Inside the cytoplasm are all the organelles. It is made of a gel-like material, so if you do not know how to swim, it is recommended for you to take one of the boats at the entrance.
