Character: Eve Walcott Age: 18 Occupation: Factory Worker Era: 1950's Actor: Sorrel Grundy (Me) The character of Eve is one of a vulnerable young girl who found herself in the wrong place at the wrong time. She is a factory worker in the early 1950's who finds a devastating end on her way home from work on the 22nd of January 1953. The case of her murder is never solved and we do not know much about her character apart from that she had a necklace which was very important to her. The name Eve came from the femme fatale from “Once Upon A Time In America”, we chose this because there are many similarities between the two characters for example they are both killed/dead early on the films and from their deaths others occur. Character: Henry Lime Age: 35 Occupation: Unknown Era: 1950’s Actor: Matthew Butcher

We do not know very much about this character but one thing we do know is that

he is a murderer. This character is the spark for all of the events that happen in

the film. He is the murderer of Eve Walcott who was never caught and has since

inspired a copy-cat killer.

This character is inspired by the character Harry Lime from “The Third Man” as we

do not know what happened to him or what lead him to commit murder in the

first place. We never see a clear shot of his face as he is always hiding in the

shadows which is another similarity he has with Harry Lime.

Character: Sophie Carter Age: 18 Occupation: Student Era: Present Day Actor: Sorrel Grundy (Me)

Sophie Carter is the protagonist in this thriller film she is a criminology student

and is looking into the unsolved case of Eve Walcott. When she is researching the

case she finds that there are many similarities between herself and Eve which

makes her slightly paranoid. At the end of the opening we find that Sophie is in

possession of Eve’s necklace but we are unsure whether or not they are related.

We got the idea of having a female protagonist from the film “Jackie Brown”

although the character of Sophie is a mixture of both Jackie and Melanie as she is

a strong female but is killed by a male and is also treated badly by males.
