Creating my New Music Questionnaire

I made my title bold and underlined to make it stand out. I also made it a Heading to ensure it was clear what my questionnaire was about.

I used the numbering tool to create numbers for my questions and letters for my answers so that it was easy to distinguish answers from possible questions

For tick box questions, I used the ‘insert symbol’ tool to add answer boxes to my questions using Windings. This made it clear to my participants how to answer each question.

For open questions such as ‘Who is your favourite musician?’ I created a dotted line using full stops to indicate that my participants were free to answer as the wished.

For questions such as the one displayed here, in brackets I put instructions on how to answer the question so that I could make sure that I got the clearest data I could get.

For these questions concerning font choice, I used the font tool to make each font name the corresponding font. This allows the participants to clearly visualise their choice and it means anyone can answer the question even if they don’t know font names.
