Soho

Soho is a district in Hong Kong that is an entertainment zone: its main function is

night life because of the restaurants, bars, and nightclubs that dominate the area. Its

also quite residential, with many apartments cowering the streets.

Busy night life

Nearby transportation

Young people- fast food

Quiet area

Hardly any pollution

Lots of competition

Not many people during the day

No nearby school or university

No trees or grassed spaces

Des Voeux road

Des Voeux road is located in the central business district, where there are many office workers who want a quick meal. The main purpose of the area is business-related: the reason for this is because there are many office builidings and companies. Also, its in the CBD. The area is dominated by tall office buildings, especially at the corner of Des Voeux Rd. and Pedder

Street.

There are lots of people

Offices- rush hour

Not much competition

Transport all round

IFC mall-walking distance

Polluted- Air and Noise

Not many vacant premises

Peak

The Peak is Hong Kong’s biggest tourist attraction. It has many people in the

evening. The view is fantastic, which is why it is a tourist attraction.

Conclusion

Des Voeux Road will be a great place for WISBurger as there are many advantages and customers as well. We would make a

great profit and many people would want to eat there. The the main purpose of the area is business, and business workers would

like to have a quick fast meal so they won’t be late for they’re next meeting.
