Technology Philosophy
It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.
-- Albert Einstein
The best way to improve teaching and learning is to apply technology. To improve
teaching and learning teachers should have basic knowledge of available technologies that
support and enhance learning. As an educator I plan instruction for suitable educational
opportunities that utilize technology improved instructional approaches to strengthen the
different types of learners. When preparing classroom experiences I employ up-to-date
information on teaching and learning using technology. I look for an examine sources that are
acceptable and have a good standing. I plan out activities that utilize technology and are relevant
to the basis of the lessons. I prepare technology enhanced classroom approaches to direct
students learning. Technology aids in the planning and design of a successful educational
setting.
For students to be active participants in this digital environment students must learn how
to be creative and useful. To insure that students obtain the skills needed it is my responsibility
to demonstrate to learners how to use technology or how to create technology based products. I
will demonstrate to learners how to use technology to develop original thinking, build
understanding, and create original products. To support individual learning and contribute to the
learning of others I must provide learners with the chance to use digital media and atmosphere to
connect and work collective, as well as distance learning. Students will learn how to transmit
digital devices to group, assess and use information. To facilitate the learners’ ability to use
suitable digital equipment and sources I will engage students’ decisive thinking skills to organize
and carry out investigations, administer tasks, answer problems, and make knowledgeable
conclusions. I will provide students with an understanding of how technology is linked to
individual, cultural, and public issues and teach them how to follow lawful and ethical conduct
when using technology. I will show to my students a whole perception of technology thought,
method, and procedure. No learner should leave the classroom without some knowledge of
ingenuity, originality, interaction, cooperation, research ability, decisive thinking, problem
solving, decision making, digital rights and responsibilities, technology procedures and thought
beliefs.
Teaching technology to students is not just about how to use it, but is also about how to
be aware of the public, moral, legal, and individual issues when using technology. I must impart
into my learners how to use technology safely, legally, and ethically. For learners to be able to
be aware of these issues I must represent and teach morals associated with its use. I must apply
technology sources to allow and facilitate learners with varied experiences, individuality, and
skills. To encourage diversity I must discover and use technology that supports their learning
styles. I will require learners to use technology in a beneficial and secure way. It is my
responsibility to assist reasonable access to technology for all learners. As an educator it is my
duty to utilize and recognize the public, moral, legal, and individual issues and place them into
practice.
The use of technology in the classroom is a collaboration of program planning that
incorporates schemes and designs. I am the facilitator of how to use technology in a school
setting. The technology that is used should improve the experience of the learner and address
subject matter and student measures when using technology. The use of technology in the
classroom should sustain a student-centered approach and adopt the varied requirements of those
learners. Technology should be used to expand the learners’ capacity to use higher
organizational competence and originality. The technology classroom should have a set of
educational activities that enrich the learners’ environment. To get the most out of student
knowledge I must apply a core curriculum strategy that includes schemes and designs for
applying technology.
As an educator it is my responsibility to develop my competence and professional
abilities. To accomplish this I must be a lifelong learner and use technology as a source to take
in professional growth. To ensure the use of technology for learners I must frequently assess and
think on professional observation to construct knowledgeable determinations. To enhance my
effectiveness I must utilize the technology that I have learned. To foster learners I must use
technology to correspond and work together with colleagues, care givers, and the public. I must
use technology to develop my competence and professional abilities.
A solid comprehension of technology must be displayed as an educator. I must exhibit
basic knowledge, proficiency, and comprehension of models related to technology. I must
exhibit constant development and proficiency and stay up to date on up-and-coming
technologies. This will allow me to have a solid comprehension of the processes and theories
related to technology.
