Do prepare a resume and cover letter Don’t prepare a portfolio Do list all work and community service experiences on your resume Don’t fabricate the truth (GPA, titles, etc) Do have a prepared 3 minute bio of yourself Don’t drag on beyond 3 minutes Do your research on the company prior to the interview (internet, news, etc) Don’t claim to know more than you do (lies become woes) Do use social media to increase your platform Don’t allow information on your pages that will portray you negatively
