There are 5 food groups

Eat them to be healthy

These are meat and fish

they are good for my

muscles

These are Fruits

they have vitamins

These are Vegetables

They help you grow

These are Bread and

cereals

They give you energy

These are Milk and dairy

They are good for your

bones

These are Fats and

Sugars

They are not vey good for

you

We eat 3 times a day

In the morning we have

Breakfast

In the afternoon we have

Lunch

At nightwe have Dinner
