• on the European levelo to generate a wide availability and use of the e-xcellence
instrument to liaise with organizations (ENQA, EUA, ESMU, EADTU, ESU) to address the target groups of universities, QA-agencies and students
• on the global levelo to give Europe a prominent position on QA in e-learning
on a global platform and brings a lot of expertise and experience from other continents to Europe to work further with UNESCO in a cooperative setting of global players in QA in e-learning

• organise a UNESCO´s TF for QA in e-learning meeting in Europe (in Paris 2011)…
• have a report on the Global TF meeting including information on the different worldwide models used for QA in e-learning and indicating elements relevant for Europe as well…
• disseminate information/bring new ideas/ provide solutions/give recommendations/bring expertise and experience to ENQA-members on current QA in e-learning issues…
