Forge Lane Shots Draft

Taxi Scene

There's a camera in the corner of the taxi behind driver where the cameraman is sitting and he is panning the camera to each actor with close up shots. This shows the expression of each character so the audience can see the mood of the group and how they react within the film which is essential.

There’s also an other shot of the taxi from outside, this shot is an establishing shot and it shows the taxi turning into the road of forge lane and after the taxi has turned there is a big close up of the road sign forge lane. The close up after the establishing shot is key as it gives the audience the idea the group are heading into danger.

There’s another establishing shot when the taxi turns into the forge lane farm. This is effective as it sets the scene for the audience.

There’s a close up shot of the group looking into the driver’s front seat of the taxi where they discover his gone. This shows the audience what has happened so they can understand the storyline.

There’s a long shot of the group talking to each other before each of them split up into separate ways. This shot shows the audience that each member are going separate ways so the audience know that each member is at risk which sets up the rest of the horror film.

Dhillan’s Death Scene

There’s an over the shoulder shot of Dhillan when his walking, he then hears the scream turns around and runs off. This gives the audience a camera angle of Dhillan where his vulnerable as he doesn't know who’s behind him so the audience will worry as they think someone's going to get him, from behind.

There’s dolly tracking which gives the audience the idea this character is now getting chased.

After that there's a worms eye view of him when his running, this shows his face reaction whilst running so the audience can see his reaction.

There’s an establishing shot of Dhillan when he gets to the tree, after that there is an over the shoulder shot when he picks up the doll this shows the audience what Dhillan has picked up.

There’s then another establishing shot which shows the murderer appear and murder Dhillan from behind, this is used as it shows the murderer appear out the bushes unbeknownst to Dhillan.

Viren Scares Juggy Scene

There’s dolly tracking from behind Juggy, this gives the idea that he is closely followed by someone presumably the murderer.

There’s a medium shot in front of him when he then gets scared by Viren, this gives the audience a jump scare as they think the murderer is about to kill Juggy but it is Viren who is pranking him.

The cameraman then uses 180 degree camera shot to shows the pair converse.

Bivek’s Death Scene

There’s an establishing shot of the gate which shows the audience that this is a dead end for the character Bivek who is running there.

There’s a medium shot of the gate showing Bivek run into it and scream for help.

There’s a worms eye view long shot which shows the murderer’s feet appear from a distance behind Bivek unbeknownst to him, the audience know that the murderer is about to get Bivek.

There's a close up shot of Bivek where the murderer snaps his neck from behind, this shows the bloody empty his mouth which gives that gore effect.

There’s an over the shoulder shot of the murderer then picking up Bivek’s phone the audience now know Bivek is dead and it is not him using his phone.

Viren’s Death Scene

There’s an establishing shot of the scene which shows Viren walking down the graveyard.

There’s another shot which is a long shot it shows Viren walking up to a bib and then the murderer appears from the back where he then attacks Viren with a shovel.

The next shot is a close up of the murderer burying Viren.

The next shot is a worms eye shot which shows Viren’s hand sticking out the ground.

These shots shows the gruesome death of Viren where he is slaughtered by a shovel before being buried alive.

Juggy’s End Scene

There’s an establishing shot of Juggy walking up to the phone which is planted by the murderer which has Bivek screaming for help on it.

The murderer appears behind Juggy, a close up is used to shows Juggy’s face expression.

The cameraman then uses 180 degree shot to show Juggy talking to the murderer and the murderer’s response.

The scene ends with an establishing shot showing the murderer grabbing Juggy before it fades out to the next scene.

Taxi Arrives Scene

There’s an establishing shot of the taxi which helps the audience realise it’s a flashback to the start before they get in.

There’s a 180 degree shot used to show Bivek and Juggy talking.

There’s an over the shoulder shot of Bivek when he sees the murderer in the taxi.

There's an establishing shot of the taxi when it drives off.
