For the year 2016 currently the list of programs which is a WHRB fellow is expected to complete includes the following programs. Each will be held monthly, consisting of 2 day workshop on a week end.

Plus 5 days continuous group study along with IIM on Strategic Leadership and Organizational Capability Development

Applicants should have Bachelors Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in graduation or equivalent and a minimum of three years full time post qualification work experience.

The program offers credit waivers which reduces the cost of Certified HR professionals possessing the following certifications – CACC, CHAMP,CTMA,OD-HPI tools from Carlton Advanced Management Institute and Strategic Leadership and Organizational Capability by IIM Indore.

Credit Waiver facility:

50% of seats are meant for people who have family run business and remaining 50% for those who work as heads of any department. You need to have a basic graduation degree.
