The Meaning

• To synergize means to work together as a team to achieve more and make a bad situation better.

Example

• For example there is a there is a shark; and as all sharks needs to be cleaned. So there are small fish and they need to eat so they clean the sharks. Both the shark and small fish are benefiting from this action.

More examples

• Synergy is everyplace in nature.• This isn't anything new.• For example anyone who has been on a

team you have felt synergy.

Look at this

• You walk outside and you look up in the sky. You see a flock of birds flying in a v shape. You ask yourself why are they doing this. They are working as together as a team. You see when the leader gets tired he falls to the back of the pack. This is because the leader creates a draft for everyone else to just glide on.

Example

• You are watching a basketball game. They are working together as a team. They are synergizing. Cool isn't it.

• You should remember is about teamwork. • And remember if you are on a team or

you are working together as a team you are synergizing.
